Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of IELTS Labs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
IELTS Labs is provided as a study and practice tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or the infrastructure that supports it.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Payments
Some features require payment. Paid access is provided through one-time credit-based purchases. Paid credits do not expire on a timer and remain available until used, unless they are refunded, revoked due to abuse or fraud, affected by service discontinuation, or otherwise limited under these Terms. IELTS Labs does not currently operate as a subscription service. All payments are processed via Stripe.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
Content and availability
Word lists, definitions, pronunciations, and learning features may change over time. Availability is not guaranteed, and parts of the service may be added, removed, limited, or suspended without notice.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the service
- Abuse APIs or automate excessive traffic
- Bypass feature limits or access controls
- Interfere with advertising or support systems
- Use the product to distribute unlawful or harmful material
Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, analytics, and other functionality. These providers operate under their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and functionality of IELTS Labs are owned by the operator and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.
No guarantee
IELTS Labs is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if these terms are violated, or if necessary to protect the integrity and availability of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
